Home Resume Multimedia Lessons Teaching Certification Extra Curricular Activites

To maintain current with the advances in technology that have changed the way teachers instruct students, I have enrolled in the Master of Educational Technology at Lawrence Technological University.  In that program we learn how to use computer skills to enhance the teaching process, create presentations using innovative technology, and train others in the design of electronic documents, web pages, and uses of multimedia.  A few of my favorite projects are posted to serve as examples of what I have created in the MET program.  I encourage others to ask questions, my contact information is located below or seek guidance from the MET program coordinators.

Internet Scavenger Hunt
Autobiography Projects
This is an example of how the web can be used by students to explore Earth Science topics and easily assessed using technology.

Using Macromedia Fireworks, students can create an autobiography using one of the three templates developed by my classmates and I. Click on the individual examples to obtain lesson plans, job aids, and templates. Have Fun!

PowerPoint Project-Geographic Realm of Africa

Using MS PowerPoint, one can create a quiz type game for large group, small group, or individual instruction and/or assessment with any content area. NOTE: This project was reduced due to web space limitations and file size therefore, some of the links do not work properly in the application.
