In March 2006, I won a MACUL TAPS award for a technology idea I have used in the classroom. MACUL (Michigan Association for Computer Users in Learning) teams up with Michigan State University College of Education each year to find how authentic problems have been solved by using technology. Twenty winners across the state are chosen each year. MSU then video tapes the winners and uses the tapes with prospective teachers. Click here to see my application. I will be purchasing a Promethean electronic board to use in my classroom with the stipend I won from MACUL. The information on this page shows how my students and I are using technology in our classroom.
